600kV、15mA直流高压稳压电源稳压系统

摘    要:本系统采取在低压供电端用三相全桥可控硅整流器作为前置预调节器,再用晶体管串联调整器与直流高压反馈信号构成双回路闭环[1],达到了直流高压输出电压稳定度<0.1%,纹波系数<0.01%。文中对稳压各环节的参数进行了详细的分析及定量计算。

Abstract:This systm adopted three phase full bridge thyritor aeted as prerequlator in lowvolage power supply ends,and transistor series requlator and Dc high voltage feedback signal toform double close circuits, and attain the result Dc high voltage output voltage stability<0'1 %,and ripple factor< 0.01%. Detailed analysis and quantitative computation to parameters ofsteady voltage were performed in this paper.
