| 摘 要： | 随着因特网上数字信息利用的可能性的增加,使得传统意义上的图书馆的资料存储及提供作用相对的减弱,在这种情况下,从图书馆的特性、因特网空间上图书馆的信息存储机能的强化、对图书管理员新的素质要求等方面进行了讨论.
