摘    要:用光谱法研究了荧光分子5,10,15,20-四(4-羟基苯基)卟啉P0与Triton X-100胶束间的相互作用,测定了P0在不同pH值的TX-100胶束溶液中的紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱.结果表明:在碱性滴定过程中,P0在胶束溶液中存在去质子化现象;分析P0在胶束中的增溶位置和微环境极性间的关系,发现卟啉随自身亲水性增强而经历了由胶束内层至胶束表面的转移过程;同时初步解释了卟啉在此过程中发生的荧光猝灭现象.

Abstract: The interactions between a fluorescent molecule,5, 10, 15, 20-tetra(4-hydroxyphenyl) porphyrin P_0, and Triton X-100 micelle are investigated by UV-vis absorption and fluorescence spectra. The results show that the deprotonation of P_0 has occured in micelk solutions in the basic titration process. By means of analyzing the relationship between the solubilizing location of the porphyrin in TX-100 micelle and the microenvironment polarity, it is shown that P_0 is involved in a transfer process from the inner to the outer surface of TX-100 micelle as the hydrophilic ability is increased. At the same time, the reasons of fluorescence quenching effect are explained primarily.
