摘    要:建立了滚动轴承外环、内环和滚动体存在局部故障的振动模型,模型综合考虑了滚动轴承的几何尺寸、轴的转速、轴承静态载荷分布、振动传递函数和故障点位置的影响.在自行火炮实车上进行了一系列变速箱滚动轴承故障试验,试验结果验证了滚动轴承故障振动模型的有效性

A Model for the Vibration Produced by Local Faults in Roller Bearing and Its Application
Abstract:This paper is concerned with a model for the vibration produced by local faults on the outer race, inner race or roller of a roller bearing. The model incorporates the effects of the bearing dimensions, shaft speed, static load distribution, transfer function of vibration and position of faults. The results of simulation experiments on the gearbox of a self propelled gun have confirmed the correctness and effectiveness of the model.
