11-脱氧甘草次酸衍生物的合成(Ⅱ)

摘    要:用甘草次酸还原制得11-脱氧甘草次酸,以此为原料分别与乙酸酐、丙酸酐、顺丁烯二酸酐、正己酸酐和邻苯二甲酸酐反应生成酯,再分别同金属化合物反应制得12种11-脱氧甘草次酸酯类和盐类衍生物,具有潜在的药理活性和应用前景。用IR、HNMR、MS和元素分析确证了它们的结构,并对其光谱性质进行了讨论.

Abstract:Twelve 3-esterified and its salts derivatives were readily prepared from11-deoxoglycyrrhetini acid with the appropriate acylation regents such as acetic anhydride,propionicanhydrids,preferably in the presence of a suitable solvent and at an elevated temperature,than,reactwith the basic metal compounds.These derivatives possess interesting and unexpected pharmaceuticalproperties.Their struetures were confirmed by IR,HNMR,MS and elemental analysis.
