Abstract:The suspending liquids of soil samples were inoculated into the medium with the carbon and nitrogen sources of Metswfuron Chlorsulfuron,Butachlor and N-(2,4-dimethylphenyl)-N,S-methyl hydro chloride methanimidamide respectively.The timing mutagenicity tests wrer performed.The mutagenicities of the pesticides mentioned above and cataolites by microbial degradation wrer studied. The results were as follows:The micronucleus frequency(MCNF)of root tip cells in Vicia Faba caused by Butachlor had significant difference(P<0.01)compared with the control group after 6-daty degradation.The MCNF was directly proportional to the dosage of pesticide.However,mutagenicity disappeared when the catabolites were treated for additional 6 days.still,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the MCNF of other pesticides after degradations.
