微波场下蔗糖晶体生长动力学及XRD分析

摘    要:研究了微波辐射下蔗糖晶体的生长动力学,发现当蔗糖溶液受到微波辐射时,其晶体生长速率比用传统的真空蒸结晶法快。建立了特定的动力学模型,并给出了相应的X-射线衍射图。

Abstract:The crystal growth kinetics for sucrose was investigated during microwave irradiation. It was found that when the sucrose solution is being irradiated by microwave, its crystal growth rate is greater than that by the traditional vacuum_evaporative crystallization. The specific kinetic model was established in this paper and X_ray diffraction (XRD) analysis was also presented.
