Strategic Management ofEnterprise Agile Manufacturing

Based on the analysis of the strategicalevolution of enterprise production, this paper points out that the agility has become anew competitive priority and competitive advantage, and advances the basic frameworks ofstrategic management of agile manufacturing, i.e. three key links of the dialectics ofproduction agility, measurement and weight and control. Also, the analysing hierarchyprocess is used in the measurement and weight of agile manufacturing, and the basicthinking way of agile manufacturing is offered in this paper.
