摘    要:目的:运用案例导入法进行"中药学"教学,培养自学能力强、基本功扎实,能更好适应职场需求的创新型中医药人才.方法:在中医学类5年制、本硕7年制班适时导入案例(实例)教学,并以传统法教学常规班为对照组;通过匿名问卷调查、分析期末考试成绩以及此法对申报科研课题的影响,从主观和客观不同侧面了解案例导入法的教学效果和不同专业及层次学生对"中药学"教学中导入案例教学的认可程度.结果:与对照班比较,运用案例导入法3个班的学习兴趣、理解记忆、思维启发、思路创新等均明显增强,考试成绩的优良率明显提高、不及格率显著降低、平均分数差异具显著意义(P<0.05).结论:案例教学确实能为启迪思维、增强记忆、培养能力起到铺垫作用,该教学模式应加以推广应用.

Abstract:By comparing with the control classes, in the other three classes which applied with the case-based teaching method, students' four abilities including learning interests, understanding and memory, thinking inspiration and creative thinking are enhanced obviously. The excellent and good rate of test score are obviously improved, failure rates are significantly decreased and average scores between the test and control group are significantly different( P 〈 0.05). Cased - based teaching method can truly inspire thinking, enhance memory, develop abilities, so it is reeommended that the teaching mode should be popularized.
