| 摘 要： | 针对影响应急物流通道可靠性的因素,从物流通道设施、通道网络结构、物流载运工具、国家政策环境四个方面建立了应急物流通道的可靠性评价指标体系.通过AHP法对体系的各指标进行权重确定,并运用灰色关联模型建立了应急物流通道可靠性评价模型,对应急物流通道的可靠性进行了综合评价.最后利用算例验证了评价模型的合理性和有效性.

| Abstract: | The reliability evaluation index system is established from four aspects, including logistics channel facilities, channel network structure, logistics vehicles and the national environmental policy. The weight of various indicators in the reliability evaluation system is identified by AHP, and the model of reliability evaluation is established by grey correlation model. Finally, the example is used to verify the reasonability and effectiveness of the model. |
