| 摘 要： | 通过对教师工作自主性的结构探讨,运用全新的研究方法——层面理论,将其理论的构建、研究设计和数据分析结合起来,赋予教师工作自主性的映射定义。依据其映射定义,构建编制问卷所需的操作定义——映射语句,利用元素组合的形式编制教师工作自主性量表。研究发现:教师工作自主性的潜在结构模型与实证资料拟合较好,表明理论的结构效度较高;问卷的分半信度、克陇巴赫系数,结构效度均较高。

| Abstract: | Facet theory——a new research method about social science,integrates theory construction,research design,and data analysis in a systematic way,was used to develop mapping definition of teacher work-autonomy in this research.Then mapping sentence,the operational definition of the scale,was established on the basis of mapping definition.Scale items was formulate with every combinations of elements in mapping sentence.Study reveals:Teacher work-autonomy potential structure model fit well with empirical data,demonstrate structural validity,half-split reliability,α coefficient is high. |
