贵州省中学班主任心理健康现状调查

摘    要:随机抽取230名中学班主任作为研究对象,采用SCL-90进行测试,探讨了不同性别、年龄、教龄、学历、学校级别的班主任心理健康状况。结果发现:班主任的总体心理健康水平低于全国一般水平;女性班主任的心理健康水平较男性班主任差;中间年龄段的班主任心理健康水平较低;随着教龄的增加,心理问题增多;不同学历班主任的症状自评得分差异不显著;不同学校级别班主任的心理健康水平差异显著。研究表明,年龄、教龄以及学校级别等方面影响中学班主任教师的心理健康状况。

Analysis on mental health of middle school headteachers
Abstract:SCL-90 Clinical Sympotom Self-evaluation was used to investigate Middle School Headteachers' Mental Hea1th Leve1,230 Middle School Headteachers were volunteered to respond to the SCL-90 including different genders,ages,ages of teaching,education and levels of schools working in.The result indicated that the overall psychological health of the headteachers was not as good as that of ordinary people;the mental health status of female headteachers was worse than that of the male headteachers;the time duration of teaching in the middle influence mental health;as the increasing of time of teaching,the more mental problems emerged;the difference of mental health between the headerteachers with different educational background wasn't significant.The results provided evidence that the age,time duration of teaching and level of school affected the mental health of Middle School Headteachers.
