| 摘 要： | 我国造船企业和钢铁企业之间的战略联盟模式,大致可分为:协议型战略联盟模式、合作伙伴型战略联盟模式、合资共建船用钢材配送中心和入股参与型战略联盟模式。通过财务指标、柔性指标、风险指标和合作指标构建船钢战略联盟模式的评价指标体系,并运用D-S证据理论进行实证分析,目的是为造船企业和钢铁企业之间的联盟模式的选取提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The strategic alliance between China’s shipbuilding companies and steel companies can be broadly divided into: protocol type strategic alliance,partner type strategic alliance mode,joint venture to build a ship steel distribution center and shares to participate in strategic alliance.Through financial index,flexible index,risk indicators and indicators of ship steel cooperation strategic alliance mode of evaluation index system,and using D-S evidence theory empirical analysis,is designed for shipbuilding and iron and steel enterprise alliance mode selecting reference. |
