摘    要:利用有限元软件对楔式闸阀阀体强度进行计算和分析,找出应力集中点,以应力集中处的最大等效应力作为目标函数,以阀座凸台处基本尺寸作为设计变量进行优化设计.得到理论最优的结构尺寸,提高阀体的强度,使阀体的应力分布更加均匀.优化前后结果对比表明优化后的阀体最大等效应力减少16.7%,优化后的阀体性能得到较大改善.

Abstract:The strength of wedged gate valve body was evaluated and by using finite element software analyzed,the maximum equivalent stress concentration point was found,and optimization of this valve body design was carried out by taking the stress at the concentration point as target function and the principal dimensions of the valve seating boss as the design variables.The theoretically optimum size of the valve body was obtained,its strength improved,and stress distribution in it made uniform.It was shown after comparing the optimized result with the former one that the maximum equivalent stress reduced by 16.7%,and the performance of the valve body had been improved greatly.
