标枪运动员李荣祥最后用力阶段"人枪"系统时空特征分析

采用文献资料、数理统计、对比分析等方法,对我国优秀男子标枪运动员最后用力阶段相关参数进行归类与分析.结果表明,李荣祥最后用力时间及其分配较为合理,但应加强右腿的积极缓冲,缩短缓冲时间,使人体重心尽快移过右腿支撑点进入蹬伸阶段,从而延长蹬伸用力时间;整个技术动作较理想,但应该防止右脚着地阶段时速度的损耗,增大左脚着地瞬间左小腿与地面的角度以及出手瞬间的左膝角和攻击角.
