钨氧化物氢还原的高温X射线衍射研究

摘    要:本文应用高温 X 射线衍射方法研究了以 W_(20) O_(58) 为主相的蓝钨和 WO_3(黄钨)的氢还原动态相变过程.所得高温衍射测试效据经电子计算机处理,定量地绘出动态相变图和还原动力学曲线图.比较了湿氢和干氢两种气氛下还原的结果,并探论了还原机理.

Abstract:High-temperature in-situ X-Ray diffracton analysis has been applied to study the dynamic phase transformation process of blue tungsten oxide(W_(20) O_(58) )and yellow tungsten oxide(WO_3) during H_2-reduction.By means of computer data treatment, the dynamic phase transtormation figure and reduction dynamics figure were drawn out quantitatively and automatically.The reduction processes in wet H_2 and dry H_2 atmosphere have beed compared.The reduction mechanism has also been discussed.
