摘    要:黄梅山隧道是马(鞍山)芜(湖)高速公路控制工程,是安徽省在浅埋软弱围岩条件下修建的第一条大跨径双连拱隧道。隧道洞口段埋深浅,且为坡积物和人工弃土覆盖,围岩松散、自承能力差,存在坍塌、冒顶隐患。采用地表深孔预注浆填充围岩裂隙、固结围岩,以提高洞口段围岩的整体性和稳定性,确保安全进洞。

Abstract:The Huangmeishan tunnel is the key project of the Ma'anshan-Wuhu highway and it is the first long-span double-arch tunnel in Anhui Province in the condition of the shallow-embedded weak surrounding rocks.The portal of the tunnel is embedded shallowly and covered with the slope wash soil and the banket,and there are risks of slump and roof fall because of the loose and poor self-supported rocks. In order to ensure the safety of the portal, the consolidation technology is adopted which is to pre-grout through the deep hole on the earth surface to fill the cracks of the rocks and consolidate the rocks,then the integration and stability of the portal are improved. The design and construction of the pre-grouting consolidation technology are introduced.
