| 摘 要： | 为了提高分形图像压缩方法的效果，采用分割迭代函数系统方法，融合进化算法和四叉树方法，并使用C／C^ 语言，实现了分形图像压缩程序．程序运行结果表明，该方法能够提高图像压缩的质量和速度．

| Abstract: | The author aims to improve the effect of fractal image compression. Through adopting PIFS (partitioned iterated function system), synthesized quadtrees & evolution algorithm and C/C~(++)programming language, fractal image compression program is achieved. The result shows the method used in the paper is effective for improvement of the quality and speed of image compression. |
