衬砌冷缝对隧洞结构稳定性的影响研究

摘    要:应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,对某导流洞工程中存在施工冷缝的典型洞段采用面-面接触单元模拟冷缝受力特性,研究了冷缝不同初始缝隙值对隧洞结构稳定的影响.研究结果表明:衬砌冷缝初始缝隙值的大小对隧洞围岩塑性区深度和锚杆应力的影响甚小;在运行期内水压力作用下,冷缝呈张开趋势,冷缝初始缝隙值大小对衬砌钢筋应力影响较小;在封堵期外水压力作用下,冷缝呈闭合趋势,且过缝处钢筋应力随冷缝初始缝隙值的增加而增大,并有可能造成钢筋局部受压屈服破坏.由此可见,冷缝存在对隧洞衬砌结构的外压稳定更为不利.

Abstract:This article is essentially concerned about a certain typical section in a hydraulic tunnel with construction cold joint,of which mechanical behaviors are simulated by using the plane to plane contact element in ANSYS.Then,the law of the change in the steel bar at the cold joint and its influence on the stability of the tunnel structure under different levels of the cracking are studied.The results show that the initial opening of the cold joint has little influence on the depth of the plastic zone of surro...
