开放护理实验室管理模式的探讨

目的：探索一种提高高等护理学学生动手能力、对实验基础知识的综合运用能力、创新能力为主的管理模式。方法：开展开放式护理实验室中教师、实验技术人员、学生共同管理的模式。结果：实行该模式管理,学生技能考试成绩及动手能力明显提高。结论：开放式护理实验室管理模式有助于学生护理技能的提高,增加了实验室利用率。

Discussion on the open management pattern of nursing laboratory

Objective: To search for a management pattern mainly to improve nursing students' abilities of operating,applying primary knowledge in laboratory and innovating.Methods: A management pattern of open laboratory was established in which teachers,experiment instructors and students can handle general affairs together.Results: The students' skills test and operating abilities were improved obviously under this pattern.Conclusions: The management pattern of open laboratory had the advantage of improving students' nursing skills and could raise the utilization of the laboratory.
