Drawing up law draft is necessary in a period of legislation process,it plays a basic role in the process.Therefore,consummating of drawing up is vital matter of immediate urgency to improve the quality of regional legislation.However,the method of drawing up legislation is single,it leads to a series of problems.This article analyses these problems from the status quo,then proposes to establish the system of legislation coordination,the system of expert testify,the system of making public information and so on.
