AF钉内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折体会

目的：探讨AF椎弓根钉系统在治疗胸腰椎骨折中的疗效．方法：回顾性分析了对54例胸腰椎新鲜骨折行AF椎弓根钉系统内固定治疗术前、术中、术后情况．结果：全部病例获得了1～2年的随访，脊柱后凸角术前的平均29．3°变为3．8°，38例脊髓神经及椎体高度恢复，4例患者内固定断裂，6例完全截瘫的患者神经功能没恢复，但能够坐轮椅活动．结论：对胸腰椎椎体骨折及合并截瘫的患者具有复位满意、固定可靠、神经功能恢复良好等优点，是一种理想的治疗胸腰椎骨折的方法．

Experience on the Internal Fixation with AF Nail Treating Blow-out Fracture of Thoracolumbar Vertebrae

Objective：To study the curative effect of AF pedicle screw system treating the fracture of thoracolumbar vertebrae. Methods ： Retrospectively analyzing 54 patients＇ preoperative, intraop- erative and postoperative situations with fracture of thoracolumbar vertebrae treated with internal fixation with AF pedicle screw system. Results：All patients were followed up for 1 to 2 years. The backward convex angle of vertebral column from preoperative average 29.3°. reduced to 3.8°. The function of spinal nerves and height of vertebral body for 38 cases recovered. The internal fixation of 4 cases broke and the nervous function of 6 cases with paraplegia didn＇t recover but they could move in wheel-chair. Conclusion： This method possesses the advantages of satisfactory reduction, reliable fixation and in favour of nervous functional rehabilitation for the fracture of vertebral body of thoracolumbar vertebrae combined with paraplegia. So it is an ideal method treating the fracture of thoracolumbar vertebrae.
