共晶合成监控系统设计

摘    要:在详细分析了锰-锌铁氧体共晶合成生产过程的基础上,提出了系统的测控点。以此为依据并结合实际生产需要进行了硬件选型,构建了基于DCS框架的测控系统,并编写了测控软件。使用结果表明,该系统不仅稳定可靠,而且对提高产品质量、降低能耗物耗、增加产能都起到了重大的作用。

Abstract:After analyzing the flow of the eutectic synthetic process in detail,the monitor and control parameters of this system were brought forward.Based on these parameters,the hardware lectotype for this system was done.Then a distributed control system(DCS) was built to fulfill the functions such as data acquiring,data displaying,alerts handling,historical data inquiring,and so on.The application indicates that the system is highly reliable and greatly automatic,which has enhanced the quality of products and increased the output remarkably.
