| 摘 要： | 王船山的正学之道、文化创新之道与内圣外王之道是紧密相关联的，这与王船山的君子精神是一致的，学问与精神融为一体。王船山的君子精神体现为用得其宜、君子天人相合之道促其正学与开新、正学与开新凸显了文化自觉创新意识，正因如此，才使王船山学术造诣广大至深，成为一代学术思想家。

| Abstract: | There is a close correlation among Wang Chuanshan＇s zhengxue, cultural innovation and ＂neisheng waiwang＂. This is in line with his view on junzi, which embodies as follow： taking advantage upon each other in appropriate way, compliance with each other may lead to ＂zhengxue＂ and then to cultural innovation. Just because of this, Wang has made himself into a great thinker and scholar. |
