试论萨鲁斯特的历史编纂思想和实践

A Brief Study on the Theory and Practice of Sallust＇s Historiograph

Sallust has much austerity but unique thinking on the value, the difficulty of Historical writting and the use of types or form of literature. Based on a analysis of Sallust＇s works, we can sum up his practice on historiography in these features： First, he takes many kinds of ways to collect the writing dates. Second, he takes varied welt-effective critical ways to his works for the sake of it is creditable. We may say that Sallust was a key role in the process of Roman＇ historiography development.
