中国共产党历届党代会对民主集中制的论述

回顾中国共产党80多年的历史,历届党代会在民主集中制问题上虽然有不同表述,但共同之处是把马克思主义的建党原则同中国的建党实际相结合,成功地把民主集中制原则运用于党的全部生活中,培育和形成了中国共产党人的优良传统。中国共产党在局部和全面执政的历史中,把民主集中制作为根本的组织原则,并坚持从不同的具体历史条件出发,正确运用民主集中制原则,建立党内政治生活,保证了党在组织上的统一和行动上的一致,从而使党在革命和建设中实施了坚强领导。

Expositions on the Democratic Centralism of CPC at Previous Party Congresses

Reviewing the history of more than 80 years of CPC,though there is different wordings on democratic centralism at previous Party Congresses,what they share is the fact that the CPC combines Marxist principle with China＇s reality for the Party building,that CPC has succeeded in applying the democratic centralism principle within the Party.The Communist Party of China regards democratic centralism as the basic organizational principle and insists on using the principle of the democratic centralism from concrete historical conditions.
