| 摘 要： | 当前金融供给不足已成为城乡一体化发展的一大阻力。因此,有必要针对金融体系存在的缺陷,构建合作金融、政策金融、商业金融和民间金融的多层次、广覆盖的农村金融体系,并加强金融风险管理和政府引导。

| Abstract: | At present,inadequate supply of finance has become a major obstacle in the development of urban and rural integration.Therefore,it is necessary to build a multi-level,wide coverage rural financial system of cooperative finance,policy finance,commercial finance and private finance against the financial system defects,and strengthen the management of financial risk and government guidance. |
