| Abstract: | Since the People＇s Republic of China was founded,our policy on international disaster relief aid has changed from the initial decline of foreign aid to actively asking for international aid,to the formulating of a series of stable polices,rules and regulations,which have provided precious experiences and lessons for our disaster relief work in the new era. |
