| 摘 要： | 高等教育由原来的＂精英教育＂发展到今天的＂大众教育＂,毕业生的就业问题已成为制约高等教育大众化进程的瓶颈。高校突破高等教育大众化的就业瓶颈关键在于树立以＂就业力＂为核心的人才质量观,改革课程设置,加强大学生职业技能训练和就业技巧指导,提高大学生工作胜任能力等。

| Abstract: | The higher education has developed from ＂elite education＂ to ＂popular education＂ and the problem of employment for the graduates has become a bottleneck to restrict the popular education＇s process of higher education.The key point for universities and colleges to break through the popular education＇s employment bottleneck lies in setting a views of talent quality which takes ＂employability＂ as its core.The curriculum should be reformed,the students occupational skills and employskills should be strengthened and the students working ability should be improved. |
