摘    要:让师范生走上讲台,通过为师范生创设复杂的真实的教学情境,实现师生角色置换,这有助于提升公共教育学师生素质和教学质量,有助于促进评价制度革新。为了提高活动的效率和质量,师范生应该成为走上讲台的主体和教师胜任力的主动建构者,公共教育学教师应该成为师范生走上讲台与建构教师胜任力的积极支持者、帮助者和引导者。

Abstract:Let normal students walk to the podium. Creating complex and real teaching situation to achieve the role change be- tween teachers and students, will help enhance the quality of teaching in public education, and contribute to the evaluation system. In order to improve the efficiency and quality of the activity, normal students should be the subject of the podium and active constructor of teachers ' competence', Public education teachers should not only be an active supporter, assistant and guide of normal students, but also an active constructor of teachers' competence.
