| Abstract: | The relative contents of NPY-Like nerve fibres in coronary artery branches were analyzed by scaning with a microspectrophotometer.The coronary artery branches come from seven cases of hu- man fetuses ranging from 18 to 34 weeks were stained by immunocytochemical(ABC)technique. The results showed that the relative contents of small coronary artery in myocandiac,anterior de- scending branch and posterior descending branch were higher than that of circumfiex and right edge branch(P<0.01).The difference in the contents of circumflex and right edge branch (P>0.05)were not significant statistically. |
