膜生物反应器异养硝化菌的筛选与硝化特性研究

摘    要:从膜生物反应器中分离出3株异养硝化细菌,初始菌体浓度为105个/m L时,菌株X1、X2和X3经过12 h的硝化作用后,分别可去除50.7%、63.4%和46.7%的氨氮。菌株X2还表现出反硝化能力,12 h可去除44.5%的总氮。经16Sr DNA序列的测序和比对,菌株X1、X2和X3分别与假单孢菌(Pseudomonas sp.)、蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)和鞘脂杆菌目(Sphingobacteriales)的同源性最高。未来异养硝化-反硝化菌株X2的应用对实现同步硝化反硝化具有重要的意义。

Abstract:3 strains of nitrification bacteria were isolated from the membrane bioreactor. When the initial cell concentration is 105 /mL , the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen by strain X1, X2 and X3 after 12h was respectively 50.7%,63.4% and 46.7%. Else, strain X2 showed the ability of denitrification, total nitrogen removal rate was 44.5% 12h.By Sequencing and alignment of 16SrDNA sequences, strain X1, X2 and X3 was respectively identified as Pseudomonas sp., Bacillus cereus and Sphingobacteriales.In the future, the application of heterotrophic nitrification-denitrification strain X2 has important significance to realizing simultaneous nitrification and denitrification.
