| 摘 要： | 我国高校目前普遍实行的教师工作量制度，对调动教师积极性，完成教学科研任务，提高教学质量起到了一定作用．阐述了现行工作量制度存在的问题，提出了运用激励机制完善教师工作量制度的几点建议．

This paper studies the problems in the present system for the calculation of teachers?work amount and presents some operational mechanism which can perfect the system. |
