| 摘 要： | 实行分辖联行逐笔对帐是联行对帐工作的一次重大改革,该系统的主要功能是为分辖联行逐笔对帐业务提供完善和连续的支持,加速资金周转,杜绝犯罪,促进社会和经济的发展.本文分析了系统涉及的数据及数据流向;阐述了系统总体设计思想;重点讨论了帐务正确和完备性制约体系、三级安全保密体系及最佳逐笔核对算法的设计,为银行业务系统设计提供借鉴作用.

| Abstract: | Enforcing the United-Bank account check one by one is a important reform of United-Bank account business.The system provides a perfect and continuative supporting environment for the United-Bank ac- count business.It fully uses the special features of the computer to complete United-Bank account check work.It has speeded up fund transfer and clearing,and improved the quality of financial service.The paper has detailly analyzed the data and data-stream in the system,and expounded the day entry,end-day process- ing,information printing and system maintaince functions.It gives the system designing goals.It discusses the balance restricting system between each grade accounts,the best matching check algorithm one by one and three grade secure and saft system. |
