| 摘 要： | 在对目前高校用电特性以及电力变配电系统现状分析的基础上，提出了对高校用电建立配电系统控制中心．以控制全校电力系统。针对电子科技大学已建立和运行的自动控制中心，介绍了电力系统负荷调度和自动控制中心的特点及其结构。

| Abstract: | This paper, based on analyzing the characteristics of the electricity use of in University and power electric power distribution system, puts forward a method that the University set a control centre of the power distribution station to control electric power system of the university; then it introduces the characteristics and structure of the load dispatching of the electric power system and the auto-controlled centre, referring to the autocontrolled centre which has beenbuilt and put into use in University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. |
