| 摘 要： | "义"是兼容古代诸家思想的中国传统文化精神,是<水浒传>的灵魂.<水浒传>中"义"的正面价值和局限性都很明显,它既包含以义揽才以义待才的较合理的用人观念、保持集团内部稳固与平衡的组织优势、辅国安民的崇高目标等正面价值因素,同时也存在界限模糊易变质、忠义两全牺牲义、孕育变相的不平等的局限性.因此,在和谐社会视角下,认识<水浒传>中"义"之实质,构建新型"义"的价值观念至关重要.
