企业社会责任动力源研究

摘    要:企业作为社会经济发展的主要承载者,在创造利润、对股东利益负责的前提下,要承担对员工、消费者、商业伙伴、社区、自然环境等利益主体的社会责任。近年来,我国推动企业社会责任呼声高、践行少、发展缓慢,主要原因是企业缺乏履行社会责任的动力。要准确把握企业在促进和谐社会建设中的社会责任定位,激活企业承担社会责任的动力源,加快企业社会责任体系建设。

Abstract:As the main player of social economic development,enterprises,on the premise of create profits and being responsible for shareholders' interests,must shoulder the social responsibility to their employees,consumers,business partners,communities,natural environment and other bodies of interests.But in recent years,we have more words than action in promoting enterprises' social responsibility in China.The main reason is that our enterprises lack the motive of fulfiling their social responsibilities.In sovling this problem,we should correctly positioning our enterprises in promoting the building of hamonious society,activate their motive source,and fasten the systematic social-responsibility construction of our enterprises.
