交通运输建设项目综合评价方法及其投入产出模型

对交通运输建设项目进行可行性研究，应考虑交通运输建设项目所带来的地区经济效益，提出了利用投入产出方法建立的地区经济效益的模型。根据该模型与数学规划方法，建立了改进的地区间投入产出优化模型。并以京津地区为实例，定量计算了京津塘高速公路和北京至天津第三条铁路的地区经济效益，得到了有参考价值的结果。计算结果说明，所提出的综合评价方法和模型是可行的、有效的。

Method of synthetic evaluation of communications and transportation construction project and its input output model

In order to study the feasibility of a communications and transportation construction project a new method is provided to study quantitatively the regional economic benefit of a communications and transprotation project with an improved optimized input output model between regions and input output method. Also the Beijing Tianjin area is taken as an example, and the regional economic benefits of the Beijing Tianjin Tanggu expressway and the third Beijing Tianjin railway projects are carefully calculated, and some referential results are drawn out. The research results showed that this method and the constructed improved optimized input output model between regions are feasible and effective.
