摘    要:通过建立电梯系统多自由度耦合振动方程,阐述了电梯运行过程中其各阶动态固有频率的求解方法,并以某台电梯作为实例进行分析,发现当轿厢运行至第17层高度的时候,系统第5阶固有频率非常接近曳引电机的转动频率。为了防止电机转子旋转失衡引发共振,建议调整电梯系统绳头弹簧的刚度以使系统固有频率避开共振频率。仿真和试验表明,这种措施能够有效抑制电梯系统的垂直振动。

Abstract:Based on the multiple degree-of-freedom coupling vibration equations of elevator system, the method for solving the dynamic natural frequencies of the system during its running is introduced, and a certain elevator system is analyzed as an instance. It is found that the 5th order natural frequency of the system is very close to the rotation frequency of the elevator motor when the elevator car reaches the 17th floor. To avoid from resonance induced by unbalance of the rotor of elevator motor, it is proposed to adjust the stiffness of the shackle spring in elevator system so that the natural frequencies can deviate from the resonance frequency. Numerical simulation and experiment indicate that this strategy can suppress the vertical vibration of elevator system effectively.
