| 摘 要： | 培育和形成办学特色是当今世界各国高等学校办学的主要趋势之一,也是高等教育界普遍关注的一个理论和实践问题。新建本科院校培育和打造办学特色既是生存发展的内在需要,也是参与竞争的现实需要,同时还是迎评促建的客观需要。当前,新建本科院校主要应以特色的办学理念引领办学特色,以特色的人才培养促进办学特色,以特色的学科专业支撑办学特色,以特色的内部管理保障办学特色。
