| 摘 要： | 人居环境与人们的生活、工作、娱乐紧密相关,越来越受到人们的重视.为了确定人居环境与社会发展需要之间的关系,为城市管理工作者制定政策和措施提供科学依据,本文以四平市为例,构建了质量评价指标体系,运用数学方法,得出四平市人居环境质量现状的评价结果,并着重分析了这些结果产生的原因和解决对策.

| Abstract: | Human settlement is relative to people's daily life, work and recreation. More and more people pay great attention to it. It is necessary to assess the present quality situation in order to determine the relation between human settlement and society development. It can provide scientific basis for city administrators to lay down policies. With reference to Siping' s actual situation, the paper builded assessment factor system and adopted ways of paper investigation in inhabitants, then worked out the results and emphatically analysized the reasons and solutions. |
