浅谈创建学习型企业

当今时代是科技日新月异的时代,企业的学习力已成为企业间竞争最关健的因素,企业学习力的充分发挥,在很大程度上取决于学习型企业的创建进程。因而在现代企业管理过程中,必须重视创建学习型企业。文章从学习型企业的含义、构建学习型企业的必要性和具体途径3方面进行了具体阐述。
