| 摘 要： | 文针对掘进机械割特性，建立了截割头平均负荷的数学模型，利用该数学模型对截割头平均负荷进行模拟，并且结合实例，对截割头的截荷特性进行了分析，该方法可以替代费有昂贵的实验，并对截割头的优化具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | The paper addresses an attempt to form the mathematical model of main loads of cutting heads, based on the cutting features of roadheaders. The simulation of main load of cutting heads is performed by the mathematical model and the analysis of the loading fea-tures of cutting heads is accomplished by concrete practical examples. The method can replace the expensive experiment and assumes significance for optimizing the design of cutting heads. |
