改良式防旋鞋在骨科护理中的应用及评价

将144例下肢骨折卧床病人随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组设定为72例,使用改良式防旋鞋;同时对照组也为72例,使用传统防旋鞋。探讨下肢骨折患者使用改良式防旋鞋的效果,得出实验组在预防皮肤损伤、稳固性、减轻疼痛以及病人使用时的舒适度等方面均优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。即改良式防旋鞋应用于下肢骨折卧床患者可减少皮肤损伤,增加稳固性,减轻疼痛,增加舒适感。

Application and Evaluation of Improved Anti-Rotation Shoes in Orthopedic Nursing

With the random division of 144 cases of lower limb fracture ambulatory patients into two groups as the experimental group and control group, both of the two groups have 72 patients, using the modified anti-rotation and shoes; at the same time, the control group being 72 patients, used the traditional anti-spin shoes. Then the discussion on the effects about lower extremity fractures in patients using the improved anti-rotation shoes eventually come to the conclusion： the experimental group in the prevention of skin damage, stability, reduce pain and the patient comfort when used and so on are better than the control group, those differences are of statistically significance （P0.05）. That is to say that the modified anti-rotation and shoes used in ambulatory patients with lower limb fracture can reduce skin damage, increase stability, reduce pain and increase comfort.
