红平菇子实体水溶性多糖提取工艺的研究

摘    要:采用热水浸提法、索式回流浸提法和酶法从红平菇子实体中提取红平菇水溶性多糖,提取率分别为10.30%、12.40%和8.45%。三种方法各有自身特点,热水浸提法价格最为低廉;索式回流浸提法提取率最高,但时间最长;酶法提取特异性好,时间最短,但价格最为昂贵,提取率最低。不同的提取方法供不同产品需求目的所选择使用。

Abstract:In this paper,an experiment was conducted to extract water-soluble polysaccharide from the fruit body of Pleurotus djamor by the method of hot water extraction,soxhlet reflux extraction and enzymatic extraction.The extraction rates were 10.30%,12.40% and 8.45% respectively.These three kinds of methods have their own characteristics,with the method of hot water extraction the lowest price,and the extraction rate of soxhlet reflux extraction the highest but with longest time.The enzymatic extraction had nices...
