灰度数学形态学方法在眼底图象处理中的应用

摘    要:眼底图是一种重要的医学图象。在对灰度眼底图象进行处理的过程中,形态学的OPENCLOSE变换被用来去除眼底图象中的高频噪声,TOP-HAT变换被用来进行血管突出。为了与形态学方法进行比较,文中还给出了二维低通滤波及模板匹配法,它们被用来滤除噪声及突出血管。比较结果表明,在处理结果相近的前提下,形态学方法具有思路简单、处理速度快的突出优点。

Abstract:Fundus image is one of the most important medical images. Grey scale mathematical morphology methods are used to process fundus image. Morphology OPENCLOSE transform is used to erase high frequency noise, and TOP HAT transform is used to enhance blood vessels. In order to be compared with morphological methods, 2D low pass filter and template matching are also used to filter out noise and enhance blood vessels. The comparison shows that for the same processing result, morphological methods are easier and quicker.
