| 摘 要： | 饰面砖外墙面出现渗漏是一种较为常见的质量问题 ,但产生这一现象的原因很多 ,防治的方法也各不相同 ,分析了造成饰面砖外墙、门窗框渗漏产生的原因 ,并介绍了采用有机硅乳液憎水剂治理外墙渗漏的方法。

| Abstract: | It is a common quality problem that external wall in decorative bricks may leak. It is caused by different reasons and it also has many prophylaxes and treatment. This thesis analyzes its causes and introduces a new solution, that is, organic silicon latex hydrophobic agent is used to protect the leakage. |
