高炉喷煤量预计模型的改进

摘    要:针对喷煤量计算模型在每小时前1/4时段内有严重失真的缺陷,从喷煤量计算模型角度分析现有喷煤控制系统喷煤量计算方法的优点和不足,将原有的单流程计算变更为双流程,在各流程有效的时间区间内取值,得到准确的喷煤量。

Abstract:There exists serious distortion defections in calculation model of coal injection rate in the first quarter of one hour period.The advantages and disadvantages of the model are analyzed,the dual-process calculation is instead of the single-process calculation,and the correct values in each process can be obtained in effective time interval.
