| 摘 要： | 为了提高对教育科研价值、功能与使命的认识,明确教育科研所肩负的使命,对教育科研的内涵与价值进行了阐释;从创新教育理念,提高决策科学化水平,提升教师理论素养,优化教育模式及改进教学方法等方面论述了教育科研的基本功能;探讨了教育科研在引领高校特色延伸,提升高校核心竞争力,促进高校可持续发展中所肩负的使命。针对教育科研的现状提出了相应的对策。
