摘    要:介绍了难加工金属材料的切削特性及采用CO2激光辅助干式切削GH761的方法,通过该方法与常规切削方法进行的比较试验得出:该方法在切削加工性、刀具耐用度、改善切削环境等方面有显著的提高,平均提高刀具耐用度3-6倍,提高工效3倍以上,是一种无污染、高效的绿色切削技术,这种新工艺、新方法有着非常广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The cutting property of the difficult-cutting metals and the method of heat-cutting super alloy with high-power CO2 lasers are introduced.It can be concluded from the comparative experiments of normal cutting method that this method has improved the cutting property and cutting environment greatly,the durability of cutter has been increased 3~6 times,and the work efficiency has been raised 3 times.It is a green cutting technology of high efficiency and without pollution.This new technology will be applied widely in engineering.
